Baramulla , Jan 10 : The Indian Army’s Chinar Corps paid homage on Saturday to Subedar Hira Lal, who was killed while on operational duty in Baramulla district.
In a post on X, the Chinar Corps stated that it honours the supreme sacrifice of Subedar Hira Lal, noting that his courage and dedication will continue to inspire all. The post added that the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of Northern Command laid a wreath at BB Cantt to pay respects to the soldier.
The Army reaffirmed its support to the bereaved family, saluting the bravery and commitment of Subedar Hira Lal.
