Srinagar, Jan 25: Flight operations at Srinagar airport were running smoothly on Sunday, although three flights were cancelled due to a NOTAM in force at Delhi, officials said.

The cancellations affected flights to and from Srinagar (SXR). Passengers have been advised to check the latest flight status with their respective airlines before heading to the airport.

Officials said light snow and rain are currently being experienced at the airport, with minor snow accumulation on the apron being continuously cleared to ensure smooth operations.

“Flight operations are underway, though some flights may face delays,” authorities said, urging passengers to stay in touch with their airlines for real-time updates.

Officials appreciated the patience and cooperation of passengers amid the prevailing weather conditions.
