Baramulla , Jan 7 : Baramulla Police conducted searches at Mirchimarg, Mirgund, under the jurisdiction of Police Post Mirgund, at the residences of Gh. Hussain Malik S/o Mohammad Ibrahim Malik and Gh. Mohammad Sofi S/o Mohammad Abdullah Sofi, who had remained members of a proscribed organisation, namely J&K Itihadul Muslimeen.
The searches were conducted in connection with FIR No. 45/2025 of Police Station Pattan register U/S 10,13 UA(P) Act , 147,148 BNS, after obtaining a valid search warrant from the Hon’ble Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Singhpora, Pattan.
The proceedings were conducted in the presence of the Executive Magistrate Ist Class, Singhpora, along with the concerned Numberdar, strictly adhering to due legal procedure.
