Srinagar, Jan 31: Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena has relieved two IAS officers to enable their posting in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
Official sources said IAS officers Anjali Sehrawat and Kumar Abhishek have been formally relieved from their respective assignments in the Delhi government.
Anjali Sehrawat, a 2013-batch IAS officer, was serving as Director, Higher Education, and also held charge as Director, Tourism, Transport and Trade (TT&E). Kumar Abhishek, a 2016-batch IAS officer, was posted as Deputy Commissioner, Outer North Delhi.
Both officers are expected to report for duty in Jammu and Kashmir by the end of the first week of February, sources added.
