“Now, after the abrogation of article-370 the terrorists are killing people as per their wish and comfort there”, he alleged.

“The Home ministry should understand that the more delay they will do in comprehending the situation in Kashmir, the more it’s bringing our community closer to the extinction”, he lamented.

“I appeal to Home minister to review your kashmir policy, we know that you’re working on it without any suspicion, but the results are different on the ground”, he said.

“This attack has happened during our conference and now we will decide whether to do a protest or what else to do”, he remarked.

“This is blackmailing and exploitation because the govt is forcing the PM package employees to join the services in the valley amidst the target killings”, he asserted.

“One of the crucial fundamental right guaranteed by our constitution is ‘right to live’ and if one is not feeling secure in kashmir, then the govt should not coercively send them there”, he said.

“The target killings are continuously being carried out and so is our genocide, people from Sikh, Dalit and Dogra community have also been killed in their offices in Kashmir”, he further said.

“If the govt further delays their review of security measures in the Kashmir region then this killings will not halt, they are not able to fathom the worsened situation there”, Koul said.
