World Radio Day: Army distributed radios to locals in J-K

The 55 Rashtriya Rifles unit of the Indian army on Monday taking a step forward to win the hearts of locals in the valley organized an interaction cum rally on World Radio Day in Pulwama, Kashmir.

Radio is a powerful medium for celebrating humanity in all its diversity and constitutes a platform for democratic discourse. At the global level, radio remains the most widely consumed medium.
