The former President of the Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party joined AAP on 8 April.
He received a warm welcome when he reached Jammu.
Along with other supporters of AAP, he led a pompous roadshow in Udhampur.
A lot of supporters raised slogans and patriotic songs.
Mankotia addressed his supporters with the slogan ‘Kejriwal Mera hero Kyunki Bijli ka Bill mera Zero’.
He said people in J&K need change, which can be brought with a broom only.
He further added that the Delhi development model would be applied to the UT of J&K, and people would get free water and electricity.
